Descrizione: The course, which will be conducted in English, is aimed at students interested in understanding and developing  a  new  leadership model,  called  compassionate leadership. Drawing upon research involving  numerous  decision-makers and managers, the course will provide a series of strategies for  leaders  seeking  recognition through empathy. Compassionate leadership is  indeed  essential for  establishing  a  sustainable organizational vision and results while at the same time promoting an inclusionary approach based on trust, transparency, collaboration, and respect for dignity in the realms of work, politics, and society at large.
